APS — Aberra Professional Services ("we", "us") is a UK-based provider of professional apps and consultancy services. For all privacy questions, contact us at ja322822@gmail.com.

We only collect personal data you actively give us — typically through the contact form (name, email, message), or when you buy one of our apps via our payment partners (Gumroad, Stripe). We do not buy, sell, or trade personal data.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, fulfil your order, and (if you opt in) send occasional product updates. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest and, where applicable, your explicit consent.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months. Purchase records are retained for 7 years to meet UK accounting and HMRC obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Cookies

This site uses a small number of essential cookies (to remember that you've dismissed the cookie banner) and may use anonymous analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. No cookies are used for advertising or third-party tracking. You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings.

6. Third parties

Payments for our apps are processed by Gumroad and Stripe. When you buy an app, your payment data is handled by them directly under their own privacy policies; we only receive confirmation of purchase. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may log standard request data (IP, user agent) for security purposes.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email ja322822@gmail.com.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for at least 30 days.
